Torino - A.C. Milan 2 - 4 From Nightmare to Paradise

A.C.Milan continued its resurgence on Sunday as they secured an incredible 4-2 away from home win against F.C.Torino. Now the stats are talking about a team in health, with a open streak of 4 match won in Serie A. We are not sure that all the problems are over, but now A.C.Milan can reach a place for the next year european competitions.

What's happened?

Two facts happened in the past month: the President Silvio Berlusconi visit just before each game and a committment of the players around Allegri choices.
On the other side, Allegri found in two players, Robinho and Pazzini, the quality and the consistency in front of the goal, to give a great support to El Sharaawy.
Nothing is changed about the approach of the match and the team had to recover a goal of the opponents one time more.
Robinho and Pazzini repaying their coach's confidence in Torino. The Brazilian’s magical feints, dribbling and score, brought some much needed quality to the final third of the field, while Pazzini was fighting on every ball. He didn't scored by head, but there's an important improve on crossees in the box.

Now, after three consecutive wins, the team is looking for the third place, just 9 point far.

Antonio Nocerino was the man of the match last sunday. He passed from a nightmare moment, down from gifting Mario Santana the opening goal up to his last score. He was the man of the match for statistics, but the best player on the field was the younger De Sciglio, that had played on the left side for the return of Abate.
Maybe was for the real strength of F.C.Torino, but the reaction was impressive, after a unbelievable goal and the injury of Nigel De Jong.
Allegri didn't loosed the faith in the team and he gave the right confidence and serenity to the players to win the match, as in the past thought that the team had enough quality to climb the "classifica" (table). No one can say how much the Silvio Berlusconi's persuasion was important, but now coach Allegri can face the future with an optimistic view. "We did well to earn a great victory. Perhaps in the first half we could’ve done more in terms of technique and pace, but the lads still created a lot and I am satisfied with their performance,” said the Coach.
"We are slowly growing and improving. It’s just a terrible shame about De Jong, who will be out for the rest of the season, and of course all the lads dedicate the win to him", the A.C.Milan coach said.

De Jong and Muntari

Nigel De Jong, the Dutch midfielder, tore his Achilles tendon in the beginning of the match. It probably means that Milan will loose the player for the rest of the season. Allegri identifying in Sulley Muntari his natural replacement, but Adriano Galliani is looking for a midfielder to buy in January.
Another fact about the change with the recent past of the team, was the dedication of the won game to the Dutch player, that means that the Massimo Ambrosini dinners had created a good effect on compacting the group.

Right and wrong

Right: El Sharaawy scored his 13th goal, Robinho, Pazzini and the unbelievable continuity of De Sciglio on the both sides of the lines.

Wrong: Too many situations where the team went down on defence.
